Cordyceps Cultivation Site Visit – Student Educational Program
Mayida Agri Farms invites students, educational institutions, and interested learners to visit our cultivation facility in Shopian, Kashmir, for a practical introduction to modern Cordyceps cultivation and mushroom production.
During the visit, students will get an opportunity to understand how Cordyceps militaris is cultivated in a controlled environment, from culture preparation and substrate handling to incubation, fruiting, harvesting, drying, and basic product processing.
The visit is designed to connect classroom learning with practical agricultural and laboratory practices. Students will also learn about hygiene, contamination prevention, environmental monitoring, quality control, packaging, and the potential of controlled-environment agriculture in Kashmir.
What students will experience:

• Guided tour of the cultivation facility
